(US buyers) International buyers 10-20 days by First Class Mail International Package depending on your country postal service delivery schedule and no delays in Customs.International buyers please note, that during the Month of December First class Mail International can take up to 4-5 weeks. During the Month of December we suggest you use the Priority International Shipping Delivery(6-10 days). Unless stated otherwise in the item’s description, We do use USPS Media Mail on some items. Media Mail may take between 7 to 12 days.USPS does not Guarantee shipping times.We are not responsible for service transit time (estimated delivery time excludes weekends and holidays). Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods such as Christmas. US orders placed after December 20th may not arrive in time for Christmas. In our experience the holiday delivery varies and most orders still will arrive in time, however, we do not guarantee it and are not responsible for orders arriving late. RETURN POLICY:Items may be returned only in the exacted condition shipped.Please refer to items description.Buyer pays return shipping fees plus a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Please contact us for a return approval. New Dvds,Audio books, and CDs may only be returned unopened.Used dvds,audio books,cds,records, and vsh tapes sales are final no returns. Items damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded at no additional costs to buyer.
U.S. Shipping costs are $3.00 & up depending on the item's weight(First Class Mail). International Shipping Charges start at $3.75 and upwards depending on the item's weight and country of delivery(First Class Mail International Package). We normally ship all items out within 48 hrs. after payment is received. The exceptions being holidays and weekends.We will then ship your items the next business day.
